What are the factors that affect the price of a BMW Windscreen replacement cost?

Windscreen Sensor

You may have a windscreen sensor in the top middle section of your BMW windscreen. The sensors main function is to control the automatic windshield wipers.

Windscreen Camera

Again the windscreen camera in your BMW is placed in the middle of with windshield. The camera controls safety systems in the car such as automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning and headlight high-beam activation and dimming.

Heated Windscreen

If you have a heated windscreen which helps remove ice and condensation allowing better visibility without having to run the air conditioning or heater to defog the windshield then this can increase the price of a windscreen replacement.

Will there be any hidden charges?

We are upfront from the start and there should not be any additional charge to your quote. The only case that there may be an extra charge is for the rubber molding which goes around the edge of the windscreen. The price can vary between £15 to £40

How long will it take to fit the new Windscreen or car window?

On average it takes a car window technician between 1 – 1.5 hours to carry out the windscreen replacement on a BMW.
